Privacy
Flynn OPS is an internal tool for Flynn OS staff and contractors. It is not a public service: you can only use it if someone invites you or approves your request to join. This page says what it holds about you and who else can see it.
What we collect
- Your Google account details. When you sign in with Google we receive your email address, your name and your profile picture. We do not receive your Google password and we cannot read your Gmail, Drive or calendar.
- What you put into the app. Projects, tasks, comments, documents, client records, calendar entries, files you upload, and the record of who changed what and when.
- Technical records. Ordinary server logs, and error reports when something breaks, which can include the page you were on and the shape of the failure.
Why we hold it
To run the product for the company: to show you your work, to let colleagues collaborate with you, to keep an audit trail of changes, and to fix faults. Nothing here is used for advertising or profiling.
Who else processes it
- Supabase — the database and the sign-in service.
- Vercel — hosting the application.
- Google — sign-in only.
- Sentry — error reports.
Each of them holds the data to provide that service to us and nothing else. Where the app offers offline use, a copy of the records you can already see is stored in your own browser so that it keeps working without a connection.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. We do not send it anywhere beyond the processors listed above.
How long it stays
Records are kept for as long as the workspace needs them. Deleting something in the app marks it deleted and keeps it recoverable rather than destroying it, so that an accident can be undone; an owner can remove it permanently on request. If you leave, your account is removed from the workspace and the work you did stays with the company, as it would in any other company system.
