Terms

Flynn OPS is an internal operations tool for Flynn OS. These terms cover using it. They are short because it is a company tool, not a product sold to the public.

Who may use it

People invited by an administrator, and people whose request to join has been approved. Your account is yours: do not share it or let someone else sign in as you. Tell us at mitchellgluck66@gmail.com if you think someone else has access to it.

Using it properly

• Use it for Flynn OS work.
• Do not try to reach data you have not been given access to, whether by guessing addresses, probing the interface, or any other means.
• Do not upload anything unlawful, and do not put in other people's personal data unless there is a business reason to and you are allowed to.
• Contractors see only the projects they are added to. Keep it that way.

The work in it

Content created in the course of company work belongs to Flynn OS. Keeping it accurate is part of using the tool.

Availability

This is an internal tool under active development. It may change, be unavailable, or lose features without notice, and there is no uptime guarantee. We keep backups, but do not treat it as the only copy of something irreplaceable.

When access ends

Access ends when your membership is removed — when you leave, when a contract ends, or if these terms are broken. Work already recorded stays in the workspace.

No warranty

The tool is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. Flynn OS is not liable for loss arising from using it, to the extent the law allows.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and continuing to use the tool means the new version applies. Questions go to mitchellgluck66@gmail.com.
